Thank you @HollyStearnes @TickerNewsAu for having Thank you @HollyStearnes @TickerNewsAu for having me on this morning (morning, my time; evening yours :) It was great speaking with you.
Along the way you stopped believing in your dreams Along the way you stopped believing in your dreams & that anything was possible. Becoming queen of your castle turned out other than thought. And dragons, once easily slayed, ran rampant. Now queen just wants comfort and sleep, for tomorrow is a repeat.

Unless she wakes from that which lulled her to sleep. And dormant visions, long thought lost forever, reawaken. Should she rise, she may see that no matter the state, she still is Queen. And though dragons are fierce, they can, also, be overcome.

Remember her? Let's get her back.

See link in bio (Work with Me) to book an appointment & let's discuss how.

Clip from today's session: What's in Your Hand

About the Challenge: http://bit.ly/ihc-cta
You were not created to settle, or for a life beneath your worth or capability. The dreams, hopes, and visions exist inside of you for a reason, and may even be so as solutions for such a time as this. You have these gifts because in spite of what you may feel or think, you have what it takes. It is time to stop bargaining with yourself for something less, feeding your doubts, and allowing distraction and interference to cloud your way.

This is not a challenge in name only, but a full week to experience tangible results, and opportunity to explore that further should we be a good fit.

You were created for more. It's time to get it.

#MondayMotivation Who do you really want to be: #MondayMotivation

Who do you really want to be:
You, or a version of yourself resembling someone else?

It only takes a scroll through the internet to reveal a wealth of amazing people and great things they are doing. The longer the scroll, the more likely the tendency to view ourselves as someone we are not, and what we have not - seeing little to no value in what brought us joy just a moment ago. And less appreciation for who we are and what makes us uniquely us.

We forget many of these are glimpses of a life we only see online. And do so without knowledge of the demons they may still be chasing that led them there. And consume well-manicured profiles without thought if the only peace that exists in the curator's life is that which was captured in their photos.

It takes courage to be ourselves, especially when it's trending to be otherwise. But, trends come and go. And, you weren't created to be one of them. You were created an original - a one of a kind work of art with tremendous value that's retained over time. Meaning, you will always have plenty of depth to explore, exceptional talent to uncover, and multiple expressions of that to realize. Definitely something worth being excited about.

The next time you scroll, think of this as you cheer them on. And envision yourself uniquely among them doing equally amazing things. Because you already are.
