Her books have won more than 40 awards, and one, Madame Presidentess, was previously optioned for film. Nicole was named Missouri’s Top Independent Author by Library Journal, Biblioboard’s 2018 Missouri Indie Author Project winner, and recipient of the Sarton Women’s Book Award among others. Her writing has appeared in numerous publications including The Huffington Post and Philadelphia Inquirer.
